Manager - Ad Sales

Hiring AdSales Manager:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Generate new leads

- Establish relationships with key brands & advertising agencies

- Act as a business specialist on behalf of your clients, strategically developing digital media solutions to suit their objectives

- Work with editorial teams to create innovative content - including video & social

- Work with management to develop effective sales strategies for continued site revenue growth

- Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends

- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities

- Strong network of contacts in brands that advertise to women online

- Prefer candidates from Yahoo, Times Internet, Rediff or similar media companies

- Experience selling native advertising, sponsored content a big plus

- In Depth Knowledge of Digital Media and Digital Advertising ecosystem

- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Must be extremely detail oriented

- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred

- Extensive experience in ad sales (Min 6 years)
