Manager/AD - Cyber Security - Big4

We are currently retained by leading Big4 firm to recruit Manager/AD - Cyber Security

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate with Managers/ AD in other Regions doing similar work.

- Identify and exploit other business developments in clients.

- Play the Manager in-charge role on the multiple engagements.

- Monitor and review the fieldwork on assigned clients, assisting with the setting of budgets and pricing, scheduling, selecting staff and assigning workloads, developing the strategy and using technology tools.

- Generate high quality deliverables and comply with internal quality assurance.

- Ensure completion of projects within agreed timescales and budgets.

- Planning and allocating staff resources to fulfill resource requirements.

- Setting objectives [goal setting] with the relevant service line, providing coaching for junior staff and giving them timely feedback on their performance.
