Designation - Manager Actuarial (Life Insurance / Pensions)

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 5+yrs of relevant years of experience into Actuarial

Skill required and KRA- s

- 5+ years of Experience in Life Insurance Domain

- Strong Actuarial understanding on Life insurance products / Services

- Work Experience in modeling/model validation

- Undertake and lead data, basis, results and balance sheet production for IFRS, Economic Capital, Asset Share & New Business Reporting

- Actuarial model result analysis including validation, analysis of change, economic and non- economic Stresses, Sensitivities, Critical Scenario, Back-testing etc.

- Asset model results production, Stress analysis, ALM, Equity Release valuation

- 5+ actuarial exams from Institute of Actuaries of India/Faculty & Institute of Actuaries, UK/Society of Actuaries/Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

- Technical, analytical skills

- Ability to think creatively to generate solutions to tough problems

- Good project management skills

- High degree of personal initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines with good quality and accuracy

- Highly motivated with ability to work independently

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written & verbal

- Excellent client management skills, Strong willingness to learn, Innovation

- Decision making ability & Attention to detail

- Team management experience is desirable

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, high level of understanding of VBA/ SQL coding (preferred)
