Manager - Accounts (US Taxation)

Position: Manager Accounts

Experience: 2 - 4 Years (US Taxation)

Location: Noida

Indicative Salary: 10 - 15 Lpa

Qualification: CA / CPA certification is a must.

- Ability to problem solve and make educated decisions

- Ability to understand US individual income tax tables, business income Tax table, depreciation, amortization

- Ability to understand payroll tax tables at the federal and State levels, tax reciprocity, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Analyst in US Tax Compliance Product Division, duties will include the following:

- Work with team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met

- Audit current system for tax rule accuracy

- Audit current system for calculation accuracy

- Provide timely updates on tax law updates at the federal and State level

- Notify customer base of major tax law changes

- Work with the digital marketing team to value-added, authoritative Information around tax and accounting topics

- Show confidence talking to a large CPA customer base that is primarily based out of the USA

- Research and provide supporting documents on notices and queries received by the customers.

- Work with the sales team to review the tax topic contents accuracy and validity

- Work with the product team to translate tax law changes into our existing and/or new system features

- Test our software system and features to ensure accuracy

- Perform other related duties as directed by other teams within the company.

- Tax Information reporting experience is preferred.
