Responsibility

- Have end to end process knowledge of RTR.

- Managing the General Accounting, month end close and reporting processes including reconciliations, managing journals and other close activities. Managing, preparing and confirming the period end calendar

- Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Standards:

- Accounting managers stay updated on accounting regulations and standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

They ensure compliance with these standards and coordinate external audits if required.

- US GAAP & GAAS, IFRS, Accounting Operations

- Support reporting preparation and submission per IFRS

- Client and Stakeholder Interaction

- Initiative to reduce costs

- Review of monthly journals like re-class, prepaid, Accruals, and Deferrals, payroll calculations.

- Reviewing the Project accounting, closing projects and converting them into fixed assets.
