Accounts and Audit : - Finalization of Accounts including preparation of Balance sheet, Profit &amp; Loss, Cash flow and Schedules to Financial statements. - Handling various Audits such as Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer price Audit and Compliance Audit. - Handling day to day accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts and control ledgers - Good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards and IFRS. - Mastery in MS office programs Excel and Word. - Knowledge of ERP and ERP working environment will be an added advantage. Taxation : - Compliance and tax management of direct and indirect tax laws. - Transfer pricing - Handling of Transfer pricing compliance for International and Domestic transactions and working with the Group Head office to handle any reporting requirements and queries - TDS - Proper deduction and timely deposit of TDS, quarterly filing of TDS return and getting certificates issued on time. - Income Tax - Computation of Income, filing of return, handling income tax assessment including Transfer pricing assessment. - Tax audit and allied matters. - Knowledge of Goods and Service Tax. - Filing monthly GST returns, handling GST Audit and assessment. - Closing all pending VAT assessment. Accounts Receivable : - Follow-up with customer for collection. Ensure that receivable are maintained at agreed DSO level. - Ensure that all collection entries are posted in accounting system. Maintain highly accurate and complete Accounts Receivable records. - Ensure Debtors reconciliation are done on regular basis. Resolve escalated issue on priority basis. Ensure weekly ageing analysis is done and same is circulated to sales team and period calculation of provision for doubtful debts. Required Experience : - 5 - 8 years in Accounts and Taxation field and at least 2 years- experience in the position of Assistant Manager or above. Qualification : Chartered Accountant MUST Preferred Age group : 30 - 35 years
