Manager - Accounts Recievable - Beverage Startup

As Manager - Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for supporting the many pre- and post-sales needs of the client's sellers, business partners and clients around the world. From helping to develop a proposal, qualifying a reference during the pre-sales process,to managing the post-sales order and invoice processes, you will be an integral part of each of the processes.The other responsibilities entailing this role include:

- Deliver the AR Metrics

- Aggressively drive all aspects of AR management to maximize cash flow

- Aggressively support revenue growth objectives for region

- Support departmental expense to be under control

- Compliance of common AR processes

- Ensure correct collection accounting in Microsoft Navision

- Tracking of invoice acknowledgement from customers

- Accounting, tracking and review of debit notes

- Follow-up on monthly statement of account from customers

- Monthly customer reconciliation

- Ensure that the regular communication is being sent for over-due amounts

- Follow up for collection of dues

- Developing relationship with customer supply chain and finance team

Salary offered: 8 - 11 LPA
