Manager-Accounts Receivable Role

Job Responsibilities:

1. Tracking of Customer Outstanding and Collections

2. Accounts Receivable - Process MIS

3. Sound Commercial Knowledge

4. Good in Interdepartmental coordination skill

5. SAP Experience

6. Handle Good Volume & Variety work in AR

7. Team Handling Experience (Min 6 Associates)

- Billing to tenants, Collection accounting & mapping, tenant reconciliations, TDS Reconciliation

- Timely & Accurate invoicing to tenants

- Day to day collection accounting & mapping against invoices

- Preparation of monthly revenue schedules including revenue forecast.

- Co-ordination with leasing team for clarifications on lease agreements and modification therein

- Co-ordination with collection team for follow up on collection advices, TDS certificates, tenants SOAs, open items in tenant reconciliations, 26AS reconciliation, additional TDS deducted by tenants, etc.

- Supporting business team in financial calculations for providing waiver proposals, full & final settlements etc.

- Ledger Reconciliations - Investigate historical data for debtors and bills

- Maintaining MIS of Security deposit collected/collectable.

- Support in providing requisite information/details for various audits (internal, statutory, IFC, SOX, etc.) and resolving the queries.

- Real Estate/Infrastructure/manufacturing/Telecom

Other Skills: Reasonable communication and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of ERP, sound knowledge of Excel.
