Manager - Accounts - QSR/F&B/Retail/FMCG/Telecom - CA

- Financial and Statutory reporting, handling daily, monthly, quarterly financial operational accounting and closing activities, control activities and ledger scrutiny

- Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations, provision and analysis of related accounts.

- Manage daily activities for Accounting and review accounting entries.

- Review Sales posting, expense booking, fixed asset accounting and other transactions are being booked in line with accounting principles, and Ind-AS requirements

- Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.

- Support month end and year end closing of accounts and reports.

- Prepare/maintain supporting documentation for financial statements and related footnotes and maintain standard list of accounting and reporting reviews

- Maintain list of business and accounting events prior to balance sheet date for support during business review

- Perform quarterly analysis of movements in balances, variance and identify business reasons

- Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.

- Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.

- Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.

- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

- Research and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards.

- Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team.

- Implement best in class practices around financial statement closing and review.

Qualification and Experience :

- Chartered Accountant with 7 to 8 Years of Experience

- Expert Knowledge of IND-AS.

- Experience in Corporate accounting and Month end book Closing.

- Experience in management reporting and month/Year end book closing.

- Managing Statutory Audit, ICFR and Tax Audit with Statutory Auditor.

- Managing Direct and Indirect Tax.

- Experience in handling outsourced GL team on third party Payroll.

- Excellent communication skills including drafting skills.
