Manager - Accounts - Pharma

Position: Manager-Accounts (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role:

- Manage zonal finance requirements, Ensure prompt vendor payments, maintenance of Accounts, Budgeting zonal finance.

- Managing Accounts Receivables and Payables, Scrutiny of ledger accounts.

- Control of Fixed Assets

- Ensure statutory Compliance and implement Standard Operating Procedures

- Managing and developing teams, including setting their performance standards and monitoring performance.

Requirements:

- Inter. CA/ICWA or M.Com - with at least 10 years of experience as Zonal Finance Head

- Experience in a Pharma/ FMCG or Product Company will be preferable

- Excellent knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Indirect Taxes, Computer application, Statutory Compliance

- Should have pleasing personality, and possess strong communication skills
