Manager Level - CA with 5-7 yrs of experience Managing Accounting Operations (Reconciliation / AR Payment Clearing & Deferred cost Management.) - Vendor Reconciliations - Preparation of Deferred cost working for Closing - SPMS Control, Co-ordination with SDS team for any new development or Issues - Weekly Reporting of SPMS - Pending Billing / Update on Deferred cost etc. - Checking of customer Billing & TDS deduction from vendor payments - Preparation of payment Holding List for GST Defaulters basis their compliance status on weekly basis. - Invoice Processing (approx. 1300 -1500 Invoices per Month.) - Clearance of Customer Payment received in system - AR Monitoring & Weekly Reporting - JMS mapping with AR Data and GST Reconciliation - Project Level Reconciliation for 3PL vendors to identify any excess billing.
