Responsibilities: As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the company's day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Your role combines aspects from financial accounting as well as from managerial accounting. You will have core responsibilities that include: - Responsible for preparing standard monthly journal entries. - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. - Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. - Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned. - Responsible for assisting with completing the monthly close process and ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled and have appropriate supporting documentation to conduct analysis with the Senior Finance Team Members and/or Regional Controller. - Manage the whole budgeting process through the organization of the process. - Ensuring all accounting records are kept up to date. - Assists the Regional Controller with preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements and other management reports. - Assists with review, entry and approval of accounts payable invoices. - Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies and any erroneous or incomplete transactions. - Track capital project spending, timing and cost impact against project plan, forecasts and budget to understand and report variances. - Conduct or assist periodic fixed asset physical inventory as per company policies. - Work with the Buyer, Vendors, and Accounts team to resolve open invoice issues. - Support the management team with different analysis to enhance business management. - Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. - Performs special projects as required. Qualifications: - Education: CA intern/M. com/ any equivalent degree - 5 to 7 years of experience in as accounts manager. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
