Manager - Accounts - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet report

- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance

- Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expenditure and cash flow

- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts

- Preparing and filing tax returns

- Conduct financial planning and analysis & make the report of the same.

- Auditing and analyzing financial performance

- Financial forecasting and risk analysis

- Coordinating with banks & processing online payments and bank statements, GST Returns

- Bank Liaison- Interest checking, Timely payment of EMIs/Repayments/Interest, etc.

- Participating in internal and external audits

- Keeping account books and systems up to date

Job Requirements :

- CA with 4 - 6 years of experience in the similar role

- Must have worked in a manufacturing company

- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, principles, and taxation

- Excellent Knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation

- Must have worked on SAP

- Strong analytical and problem skills

- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
