Job Description : - Maintain accurate Account books in ERP as per Ind AS or IGAAP and lead timely closure activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Consolidation of Subsidiaries accounts with Holding companies based in India and SG. - Manage Statutory, Internal and other audits to ensure qualification free audit report. - Coordinate with internal finance resources to ensure ERP is fully up to date and accurate. - Ensure that the laid out internal controls are implemented properly in the organisation. - Integrate acquired companies account books with the organisation's to maintain a robust common accounting and reporting platform. - Coordinate with external consultants - Key operations stakeholder in strategic projects.
