Manager - Accounts & Financial Controlling - CA/ICWAI - NBFC/Auto Loans

Requirement:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) \ Cost Accountant (ICWAI) with 3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting preferably with Financial Services background

Accounting for Lending granted

- Responsible for accounting/ recording financial aspect of lending business under both IGAAP and under IFRS method of accounting

- Assist in book periodic book closure on the lending side including the Accounting of Non performing loans, Coordination across departments for smooth flow of details needed to book closure

- Supervise and control the bank reconciliation for collections Bank accounts

- Understanding and processing the payout to Dealers for commission, incentives etc.

- Managing the internal and external audits

Reporting & Compliance

- Understanding the RBI regulations with respect to Non-Banking Finance Companies

- Responsible for and/or assist in preparing and submission of various reports/returns required under RBI regulations for NBFC (quarterly returns information, cash transaction report, SMA and Fraud reporting, etc.)

MIS

- Responsible for analysis and preparation of monthly report to management relating to performance of Retail lending

- Responsible for provision of information for parent reporting (monthly/ quarterly and annual)

Systems

- Highlighting the System issues within the Loan Management System and Accounting System

- Getting the System issues sorted out by coordinating with IT and vendor from an accounting, controlling and audit preview

- Assist in automation of processes to reduce the manual effort and make full utilization of system for better controls and MISs

Taxation

- Responsible for accounting, payment, preparation and submission of tax returns including assisting in tax audit

- Highlight potential areas of tax issues and seek resolution
