Manager - Accounts & Finance - Real Estate - CA

We are currently looking for Manager -Accounts role for a leading MNC company in Real estate Industry.

Role-Manager Accounts

Report to- DGM accounts

Experience- 7-10 Years

Education- CA mandatory

Industry- Any

Mandatory experience in execution of consolidation & reporting

KRA :

- Practical experience on Consolidation & Reporting.

- Knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS accounting standards.

- Should have worked in a MNC having Holding company outside India for Group reporting.

- Should have hands-on experience of consolidation and preparation of Balance sheet & Notes to accounts.

- Preparation of Financial statements for Subsidiaries companies and XBRL filing for Holding and subsidiaries companies.

- Timely & accurate financial reporting on a monthly basis and dissemination of financial information to all stakeholders.

- Borrowings and Mutual fund Accounting.

- updation of monthly schedule and reconciliation with trial balance.

- Preparation of quarterly Consolidation for company Subsidies and Tally accounting & audit closure for Foreign subsidiaries companies of organization.
