Job Details:

- Book Keeping: Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts, timely and accurate closure of books every month and preparation of monthly stand alone and consolidated financial statements Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement and schedules.

- Accounts Payable: Responsible for overall supervision of Accounts Payable and ensure that vendor invoices for procurement of services, materials and capital items are processed properly, timely recorded in books of accounts and paid to vendors. Also responsible for timely and accurate settlement of reimbursement claims from employees.

- Taxation: Ensure compliance relating to withholding tax, service tax computation and monthly payment. Assisting in filing of tax returns Income Tax, Service Tax and VAT also be part of responsibilities.

- Reporting: Periodical reporting to various authorities including banks, SEZ, STPi, RBI etc. and filing of SOFTEX forms.

- Audit: Finalization of Accounts, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit.

- Cash flow planning and management: Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual cash flow planning and coordination with banks on regular basis.

- Team management: Responsible for supervision of team and achieve best performance from the team members.

Specific / necessary skills:

- Computer Savvy (MS Office Excel)

- Proficiency in written and spoken English

- Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.

- Self Starter

- Team Player

Qualification: MBA Finance or Inter CA

Age: 32 - 34 yrs

CTC: 12 - 15 LPA (We can offer)
