Manager - Accounts & Finance

- Daily reconciliation and cash flow management

- Prepare monthly financial statements

- Ensure that accounts and records are maintained accurately

- Assist leadership in the annual budgeting/planning process and compile forecasts covering all activities

- Identify and recommend to the management all options and actions necessary to address financial opportunities or challenges

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings

- MIS Reporting & Performance Analysis

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Ideal Candidate Should have:

The Ideal Candidate Should Have :

- At least 7 + years of relevant experience with prior experience in making projections, forecasting, budgeting and generating MIS reports

- Strong organizational and management skills

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and MIS (Projected PL, cash flows and changes in forecasts )

- Experience in handling Accounts payable, Payroll, Audit, Excise, VAT and fixed asset management

- Sound knowledge of RBI and statutory compliance

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to solve complex problems

- Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables

- Process oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
