Manager - Accounts and Finance - Bangalore Area

Client is the provider of educational services (CAT, UPSC, GMAT etc)

Job Description:

1. Accounting in ERP 9

2. Should have handled from initiation to closing and preparation of financial accounts and handling of accounts

3. Liasioning with consultants for company act requirements

4. Providing information/ Preparation of MIS

5. Ensuring statutory compliances

6. Agreements reviews

7. Working Capital management

8. Any other Accounting or non accounting work as and when required

Experience:

Working knowledge of ERP 9, VAT, Service tax, TDS, Companies Act, labour laws (PF,PT,ESI), proficient in MS office.
