Position: Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location: FORT

Experience: 6-15 yrs

Industry: Chemical/Manufacturing/Textile only

Job Description:

- Ensuring all the applicable statutory compliances of the company (Income Tax, GST payment and returns, TDS and TCS payment and returns, PT Compliances).

- Drafting reply against notice received from GST and Income tax commissionaires and appellate tribunal along with liaising with departments.

- Finalization of monthly/quarterly/annually books of accounts

- Preparing and presenting consolidated financial statements before the board by ensuring required statutory requirements as per applicable Ind AS.

- Monthly MIS Reporting of the financials for presenting in Board Meeting and Variance analysis.

- Investment analysis.

- Working with external and internal Auditors, Company Secretary and Tax Consultants for regular statutory compliances and quarterly audit.

- Preparation of budget and analysis with actual data and present the same before the management.

- Scrutiny of all the critical aspects of the department and resolve it in best possible way.

- Cost Reduction by way of efficient review of day to day working of the department along with suggestions to the management.
