Requirement :- CA, Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Profile:

Managing annual budget viz. analysing & implementing budget, monitoring budgets for deviations, conducting variance analysis and making recommendations for new or revised budget norms or procedures.

- Supervising the preparation of financial reports that summarize & forecast the organization's financial position; performing data analysis on maximizing profits, EBDITA, better managed cash-flow and working capital

- Managing the preparation & finalization of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Ratios and Analytical points on Financials

- Ensuring strict adherence of accounts of the company to IFRS standards in coordination with KPMG being external auditors of the company.

- Monitoring inflow & outflow of funds; monitoring the cash flow of the company and forecasting funds required for capital expenses; monitoring reconciliation of accounts receivable/ trial balance to the general ledger

- Ensuring timely realization of debtors and monitoring payments made to vendors; overseeing accounts receivable/ payable accruals and reconciliation of accounts receivable/ trial balance to the general ledger including reconciling of the customers/vendors statements

- Administering Project Finance loans availed from banks by the company; liaising with banks to ensure adherence to loan terms and conditions by banks and protecting interest of the company.

- Driving smooth execution of all legal contracts & financial covenants including treasury activities and building relationships with bankers & other statutory bodies

- Coordinating corporate finance matters under the supervision of the Chairman of the group including assistance in streamlining finances of the Dubai office of the group.
