Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA

REQUIREMENTS:

- CA qualified

- Min 5-6 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in a manufacturing set up.

- Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.

- Excellent financial planning skills and able to interact with all levels.

- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and use of SAP Business One preferred

- Able to work independently and highly meticulous.

- Mumbai resident preferred.

- Age not exceeding 45 years.

Responsibilities:

- Full spectrum of financial accounting i.e. GL, AP, AR etc. for multiple companies in India and abroad, finalization of accounts and consolidation for holding company.

- Financial control, review and approval of payment vouchers, journal entries, cash flow management, banking relationships etc.

- Statutory compliances in line with taxation laws and Companies Act - timely and accurate filing of GST returns, Income tax returns, ROC / P.F. Authorities - Our P.F. is a private trust and requires P.F. Comply and Fillings.

- Manage the internal and statutory audit process and ensure timely completion of audited accounts for multiple Companies.

- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, project reports. Review of budgeted vs. actual, variance analysis, monitoring and control of expenses/project costs.

- Conversant with export/ import formalities, documentation and benefits

- Familiar with Indian and overseas banking processes.

- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS

- Manage a departmental work closely with operations and project teams including overseas offices.
