Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing Final Accounts - Preparing monthly Financial Statements of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, Notes to the Accounts and Cash Flow Statement for RBI return filing within the stipulated time.
- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements - To gather Financials from Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures / Associate Companies for the purpose of Consolidation of Financial Statements -P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Expenses analysis / Variance analysis
- Fixed Assets - To ensure Fixed Assets are Capitalized and depreciated as per the Companies Act
- Accounts Receivables / Payables - To ensure that the receivables / Payables to suppliers/vendors on account of services rendered/received are timely accounted for and monitored.
- Automation - Coordination with Software Team for amendments/enhancements in software owing to technological changes/amendments in Laws.
