Manager - Accounts - D2C ecommerce aggregator-Gurgaon- Chartered accountant Only Overview : We are a fast-growing seed funded startup currently in stealth mode We are an D2C ecommerce aggregator : - This is a unique platform where a financial professional will get a flavor of Analytics, business and rapid acquisitions and build the organization from the ground up. With the initial aim to outsource transaction work, this position has an opportunity to work on structures, process, and M&amp;A. &nbsp;Leadership Team : It consists of well-established professionals from Bain, McKinsey; Hotstar.- Location : Gurugram Role: Will be part of the finance team reporting into the Finance Controller. The Manager - Accounts will maintain accurate, up to date and efficient accounting vertical and will : - Maintain accurate Account books in ERP as per Ind AS or IGAAP and lead timely closure activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Consolidation of Subsidiaries accounts with Holding companies based in India and SG. - Manage Statutory, Internal and other audits to ensure qualification free audit report. - Coordinate with internal finance resources to ensure ERP is fully up to date and accurate. - Ensure that the laid out internal controls are implemented properly in the organisation. - Integrate acquired companies account books with the organisation's to maintain a robust common accounting and reporting platform. - Coordinate with external consultants to ensure that the defined SLAs and TATs are adhered to. - Key operations stakeholder in strategic projects. - Regularly and constructively appraise staff on their performance in both formal and informal meetings. - Perform ad-hoc administrative and management reporting. Background &amp; Experience : - Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting. - Candidates with experience in working with Big 4 or internet business will be preferred. - Excellent relationship management skills with ability to deal effectively with all levels of management. - Quick learner with the ability to identify and drive changes to get more efficient and accurate. - Strong logical and analytical skills. - Good knowledge of ERP. Knowledge in implementation of ERP will be an advantage.
