Manager - Accounts & Commercial - Manufacturing

Currently hiring a Manager Accounts& Commercial for an MNC to be based out of Nav Mumbai.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibility :

- This role is responsible for operations & control of all Accounting & Commercial functions as well as related finance matters of the company with respect to all domestic and international transactions.

Accountabilities :

Treasury & Fund management :

- Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and recommending/ taking corrective actions.

- Monitoring Cash flow on the operations of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses.

- Taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments for manage Working Capital.

- Initiating and Finalizing the ECB process (Agreement with Bank or Third Party, Corresponding with Bank, Approval process from RBI, follow Guideline for Automatic Route)

- Taking adequate measures for payroll Accounting and monitor the inflow/ outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of available funds.

- Establishing and monitoring CMS and Credit facilities.

- Liaising and negotiating with Banks, Insurers & financial institutions for raising fund and non- fund based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements.

- Ensuring fulfillment of all requisite formalities, preparation of papers/ documents for effective funding, overdraft facilities, bank guarantee & loans.

- Daily co ordinate with Five Banker (BNP, HSBC, ICICI, HDFC, SBI) for various purpose.

Statutory Compliance :

- Maintain statutory compliance in all operational matters and payment related to TDS, VAT, CST, Service Tax, Excise Duty etc. by due date and timely filling of returns for the same.

Secretarial :

- Manage Company Secretarial affairs under guidance of practicing expert in the field and submission of necessary documents to MCA/ROC/RBI as per the statutory requirements.

Budgeting :

- Funding for Working Capital throughout the year through different sources (Like FDI, SBLC,ECB etc)

- Location Wise sales man wise Gross Revenue and compare with Budget.

- Product segment wise Gross Margin Analysis.

- Support Top Management people for PBDIT analysis (actual vs budget).

Costing Manangement :

- Cost of goods sold

- Valuation for Closing Stock, WIP and Finished Goods

- Job cost analysis

- Costing for I&C and Import Export

Import Export :

- Overall responsibility for coordination with marketing team regarding customer order fulfillment - from receipt of the customer order to delivery to customer.

- Managing completion of confirmed orders on the basis of internal purchase orders received from marketing team.

- Shipment planning and coordination with production team in Italy for timely delivery to customers.

- Monitoring preparation of pre and post shipment documents and their submission to various banks, agencies and agents.

- Coordinating with marketing team for resolving client queries related to Letter of Credit (LC).

- Undertaking freight negotiations with freight forwarder for air and sea.

- Submission of relevant documents received from overseas supplier to CHA after verification for the same.

- Checking the checklist received from CHA for clearing the shipment.

- Follow up with CHA for clearance of the consignment and delivering it to customers.

Others :

Responsible for CFA operations of all locations like Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon etc.

- Complete control over debtors credit period allocation, collection forecasting and overdue monitoring.

- Checking & payment of expenses of regional offices, travel expenses, supplier bills, transporter bills, marketing scheme bills, employee expenses etc.

- Interact with Govt authorities for different Issues like Excise Commissioner, Income Tax Officers, PT & Sales Tax Officers, RBI officers etc.

- RBI - for ECB & Share Capital

- Sales Tax - for Annual Returns

- Excise - Factory Excise

- Service Tax - QTR Return and Annual Return
