Job Description:

Managing Accounts

- Leading Accounts function of medium to large manufacturing Company with multiple locations /states

- Well versed with Accounting standards, Listed company compliances etc

- Preparation of quarterly result for the purpose of filing with stock exchange for the purpose of listing obligation & disclosure requirement.

- Preparation of Annual financial statement including all the notes to account for the purpose of the companies act, 2013.

- Handling monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts in SAP.

- Month end closing in FI, MM module in SAP.

- Must have dealt with IND AS implementation - Would be assisting with the setup of the INDAS practice for the company and would lead on Accounting Advisory Projects

- Co-ordinating with auditors during audits and limited reviews

- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.

- Management and administration of day to day accounting & finance Activities including vendor payouts, controlling expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

- Vendor/Contractor invoice checking, reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, GL, AR, AP Scrutiny.

- Monthly reporting of Overheads expenditure with detailed analysis.

- Ensuring reconciliation of various GL's / Vendor and effective monitoring of the same.
