Manager - Accounts - CA/CWA - Real Estate & Industrial Warehousing Project

Our client is into development of Real Estate & Industrial Warehousing projects in India & Sri Lanka . The Group started as Private Equity Funds but, unlike other funds, has over a period evolved from an active investor to a developer / co-developer. The Group- s projects are located in suburban metro locations, Tier-II cities of southern India, West Bengal & Colombo and are being developed solely or in joint venture with reputed local partners, achieving diversification in both products and geographies.

We are looking for Accounts Manager. Candidates from Chennai only are considered.

- A CA or CWA candidate is a must.

-Responsibilities include, handling of all accounting activities :

- Preparation of MIS.

- Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.

- Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

- Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and monthly budgets

- Coordinate with head office on various accounting work.
