We are looking for a Chartered Accountant, to manage the accounts, do all statutory filings, manage audits etc. This is for our client who is part of a major automotive segment. Responsibilities : - Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department - Preparation of financial statements as per GAAP - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting and cash forecasting - Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information - Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports - GST preparation and filling, TDS computation, PF/ESI computation - MIS preparation on monthly basis - Reviewing Entries in Tally ERP - Accounting with Inventory in Tally ERP - Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed - Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization - Knowledge on Accounting laws, GAAP and Accounting standards - Management of Accounting controls set up in the organisation - Knowledge on TDS/ Payroll of employees and relevant filings for the same - Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting Requirements : - CA with 4+ years of experience post qualification in Accounting. - A prior experience of Managing end to end Accounts of private limited company - Thorough knowledge in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel - Accounting standards, IND AS and GAAP knowledge - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization - Learning attitude and ability to learn quickly Location : Bangalore (Only candidates in Bangalore please apply) Salary : 10-12 LPA
