Manager - Accounts - Alternate Investment Fund - CA

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting, Taxation, and preparation of financials of the AIF.

2. Assisting in compliances related to SEBI, Audit, and MIS of Fund to investors

3. Making capital calls to investors as per the AIF investment schedule and periodic reporting.

4. Distribution of income into various stakeholders as per PPM & SEBI regulations.

5. Investment of short surplus fund of AIF into mutual funds & other investments and closure of matured investments. Distribution or re-invest the funds as per PPM of AIF.

6. Furnishing information required for compliances related to SEBI, Audit, and MIS of Fund to investors

Education : CA with 5-8 years of post qualification experience
