Work Profile :

1. Managing the day to day Accounting and finance operations, who will also be in charge of financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

2. Establishes internal controls and regulations for budgeting and accounting transactions.

3. Analyzes financial data, making recommendations as appropriate to improve accuracy, efficiency, and to reduce costs.

4. Inspects the budget and general ledger for assigned departments and accounts, ensuring that funds are available, and expenditures are assigned respectively.

5. Reviews and/or assists with preparation of financial statements and records provided to federal, state, and internal auditors and similar personnel.

6. Ensures that the reported results adhere to generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards while supervising the creation of periodic financial reports.

7. Accounts are audited to make sure they comply with state and federal rules; outside auditors are coordinated with, and the necessary data is provided for the annual external audit, present ideas for short- and long-term financial goals and policies to management.

8. Focus on capital investments, price choices, and contract negotiations while providing financial analyses.

Required Skills / Abilities :

- Qualified in M.com / Inter CA / any other Relevant Accounting and audit process

- Handled International clients or accounting is a bonus;

- Great leadership and management abilities.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficient with accounting and tax software
