Manager - Accounts

Job description :

This is an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the Company Profit and Loss account/ Balance sheet/Fund flow and Statutory Compliances are maintained correctly. Your role will include but will not be restricted to :

- Making and analyzing the MIS Reports to management weekly /quarterly /monthly and make the Budget as required.

- Managing the Bank and Cash balances on a daily basis

- Controlling and auditing the books of accounts for preparation of Balance sheet

- Preparation of GSTR1, GSTR, GSTR3B and filling the returns

- Maintaining bank balance & schedule of payment.

- To perform General accounting task like checking general system, journal entries.

- To collect financial information and prepare reports and financial statements.

- To prepare monthly account reconciliations.

- To assist in financial and tax audit.

- To prepare budget and monitor and control the cost as per the budget

- To handle branch accounts related activities.

- Responsible for administrative activities as accounting procedures.

- Attending monthly review of balance sheet of all the workshop.

- Responsible for the Payroll and statutory compliance as per law.

About You :

As Accounts Manager you will have :

- Excellent level of Accounting/Taxation and Audit knowledge relevant to discipline and must be aware of all the Statutory Compliance required by law.

- Advance working knowledge of Tally ERP/ MS Office and Excel expertise for data analysis

- Ability to work to deadline.

- Management and organizational skills

- Teamwork skills

- Attention to detail
