Manager - Accounting & Reporting - CA

3-year degree in Commerce/ Accounting

CA (Inter) minimum with Article ship

Qualified CA (desirable)

- Minimum 12 years of relevant domain/ functional work experience, out of which 4-6 years should be fulfilling supervisory/ management responsibilities, including people management

- Hands-on experience on preparing and reviewing full set of accounts

- Possess a strong concept of book-keeping and accounting standards (IFRS) US GAAP(desirable)

- Preparation/ review of financial statements

- Preparation & review of management accounts

- Consolidation of financial statements

- Have ideally knowledge on XBRL

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with attention to detail- s

- Evidence of spearheading continuous improvement initiatives with evidence of outcome as value-addition. Six Sigma/ Kaizen certification is preferred, but not mandatory

- Hiring resources - for the first 12-15 months, this workload will be high and will taper down to lower hiring involvement. Candidates will be trained on Criteria based interviewing techniques
