Position Name : Manager, Capital Markets  Job Location: Bengalure   Shift Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM   This position Reports to the Senior Manager Finance  Responsibilities:  On site management of the team that is:  - Responsible for the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to include inventory, derivatives and sales clearance accounts  - Ensuring the accuracy of accounting in the GL and responsibility for making journals where required.  - Communicating with other business units, researching and resolving the open items.  - Special accounting related projects (ledger enhancements, reporting changes, etc)  - Co-ordinate with external auditors and internal auditors.  Key Result Areas:  - Accurate financial information provided for publicly filed financial statements  - Timely and accurate account reconciliation  - Identification and assessments of control gaps  - Communication and escalation of issues to US partners  Qualifications:  - Post graduate experience with 7-10 years of accounting experience  - 5+ years of management experience  - Certified public accountant (Chartered accountant equivalency)  - Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles  - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal daily supervision.  Only Bangalore based candidates preferred.
