Manager Account & Financial Reporting - Leading KPO - Mumbai

Purpose of the role: To Lead, manage and support a team for accounting and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of books of accounts for assigned clients

- Ensuring that the predefined SLA's are met

- Understanding the key requirements for deliverables and guiding the team for achieving the same

- Reviewing the tasks performed by team members

- Prepare complex entries and schedules (intercompany, consolidation etc.) and finalizing the books of accounts for assigned clients

- Preparing/Reviewing VAT and other applicable returns

- Audit Support

- Financial Statement preparation, guidance and review

- Liaise with key stakeholders

- Owning and completing any ad-hoc projects

- Handling new client transitions - training and guiding the team till BAU

- Providing and arranging for regular training sessions for team
