Account and finance manager

Roles & Responsibility :

- Ensuring timely and accurate posting of entries in Tally

- Monthly Closing of Balance Sheet and P&L

- Quarterly and Yearly Finalization of Accounts

- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly GST return filing

- Ensuring timely and accurate TDS return filing

- Advance Tax working

- Work with CHA for Import

- Co-ordinate with Bankers for Credit Line Maintenance Activities

- CO-ordinate with Bankers on appropriate documentation for all Forex Transactions

- Timely and accurate Monthly Management reporting (MIS)

- Bank Reconciliation

- Supporting completion of Statutory & Tax audit and closure of internal audit observations

Skill Set Required :

- Experience of Finalization of Accounts

- Experience and knowledge of GST and Income Tax Act

- Exposure to Customs and Import Regulations

- Good understanding of Tally

- Good understanding and experience of MS Excel, MS Word and Power point

- Self-starter

- Taking full responsibility of ones work
