Candidate has the ability to grow into a tower service delivery lead - to manage and lead teams delivering functional finance processes, and ultimately be responsible for internal customer satisfaction, team productivity, quality, SLA and internal control compliance and employee engagement . Role:- - Support deployment projects or activities on aspects time, quality, training, documentation - Creation and delivery of process maps, flows, SOPs and training material, ensuring it is maintained up to date. - Deliver roll out of training to relevant teams - Migrate, transition and stabilize activities to any potential Centralization (SSC/GBS/ COE/BPO) models from a service delivery perspective - Ensure alignment with Corporate policies procedures and systems - Standardize Finance tools &amp; increase automation, transparency &amp; control, stating close to IT. - Collate data to analyze and baseline as-is process performance, including KPIs and SLAs, and quantify the potential benefits of to-be process improvements - Drive continuous improvement of COE Processes Other desired expectation:- - Be excellent with PowerPoint and presentation tools - Conceptual and content knowledge of relevant business processes - Ability to understand business processes in detail and to create practical/efficient process designs, including requirements gathering, analysis and documentation - Ability to understand processes / governance / systems management - Good at Project and people management skills Tulika 9560508928
