Management Trainee - Risk Management - Bank - CA

Our client is a Bank and we are hiring 1st attempt Chartered Accountants for a role in the Risk Management team of the Bank. Those who have cleared CA in 1st attempt during Nov 2018 or May 2019 are encouraged to apply

Broad role profile will be as follows :

1. Meeting and Understanding the risks associated with the customer and making recommendations on risk appetite

2. Ensuing timely review of new and existing accounts - assist in the approval process

3. Understands customers- expectations & perspective and works towards achieving them within regulatory & policy framework within agreed TAT's and standards.

4. Ensuring high quality underwriting standards and maintaining high quality portfolio on continuous basis

5. Monitoring of portfolio to include picking up early warning signals initiating effective remediation solutions and watch listing

6. Ensuring portfolio hygiene is of highest quality

7. Minimizing Internal & External Audit comments

8. Taking initiatives in and driving process improvements
