Management Trainee - Human Resources - Healthcare/Pharma/Insurance

We require a Fresh Management Trainee HR vertical for a renowned client in Kenya . The company has many verticals like Oil & gas, healthcare, pharma, insurance , etc. etc.

- This is based at the corporate , and coming up with fresh ideas in HR Scrutinizing data closely to maintain data flow accuracy of dynamic spreadsheets

- Analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns of hiring and attrition using predictive model

- Database management and user interface development of the applications like HR Dashboard, Resignation Alert, Internal Movement Offer and Vistaar HireOn

- Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly 20 different MIS reports, NBR reports, and Visualization of the HR Dashboard to drive the HR agenda to the management

- Providing real-time support to businesses in various HR aspects like leadership gap, hiring, onboarding, productivity, resignation etc.
