Management Trainee

We are looking for a management trainee for a government project, duration - 6 months

Roles and Responsibilities:

There are a few responsibilities that come along with a job for a management trainee. These are:

- Responsibility to help managers to complete their daily tasks.

- They have to understand each other's departments.

- Have to provide administrative support.

- One who is ready to visit the client site when required (50% travel-50% office work)

- One who has handled end-to-end event management

- Have to participate in the company's strategic planning.

- Management Trainees have the responsibility to research to increase profitability and lower risk.

- Have to draft emails and give presentations to various members of the team and government officials.

- Liaise with the government officials to understand the need and work accordingly

- Ensuring that project management standards are followed to ensure quality results

- Coordinating communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure project goals are met

- Evaluating the feasibility of a project proposal to determine whether it is worth pursuing

- Working with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication with them during the planning and implementation process

Requirements:

There are a few requirements for a management trainee job that a candidate must fulfill. These are:

- 06-1(Freshers are also welcome) year of experience in management or similar fields.

- They should know MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Strong communication skills

- Ready to travel to client areas

- A degree in Management or Business is always a must to get a job like this. An individual can also go for a degree in a related field.
