Job requirements:

Desirable:-

- Good to have prior experience in preparation of Financial and MIS reports to management.

- Should be willing to work with colleagues in 3 continents across a 14-hour time difference from East to West.

- Good understanding of IFRS related accounting and ability to implement in group-level consolidation.

- Willingness to give extra efforts to learn new processes and ready to contribute for organization growth.

Position Reports to:- Senior Management team Number of Positions

Job Description:-

- Consolidation and analysis of monthly financial results.

- Creating and analyzing group level annual business plan, key parameter to track for growth of all group companies, Dashboard creation.

- Helping operations team to optimize the process.

- Helping management team in finalizing the strategy for future.

- OTD calculation, capacity utilization and checking of costing parameters

- Helping finance team to increase credit rating & contribute for any other requirements.

- Should be part of the core team responsible to prepare Jayanti for excellence in the 5 years+ future.
