Management Trainee - Finance - Consumer Durable - CA

One of the top Consumer Durable brands, is looking for MT-Finance at Bangalore HO.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Closely working with Senior Finance Manager to analyse financial performance of each business and provide necessary inputs.

- Businesswise Financial statements preparation and analysis.

- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual forecast and monitor it. Provide regular MIS reports and adhoc reports required by management.

- Budget Vs Actual variance analysis.

- Actionable insights for better management decision making process

- Analyse financial reports from ERP SAP and finance processes and support/work along with Senior Finance manager to improve/or transform the same for business requirements.

Desired profile:

- CA fresher or upto one year of experience with manufacturing company

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem Solving

- Team player and collaboration

- Strong excel skills and numerical/analytical skills
