- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

- Performing Market analysis and developing forecasts

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.

- Developing short and long term customer action plans and responding to market dynamics

- Manage budgets

- Recruiting and training sales staff, monitoring their performance and motivating them to achieve targets

- Build and Manage key accounts at decision making level, at purchase and at product user level
