He/She will be required to perform tasks in various operations like Exchange pay-in/payout, back-office updation, client and business associate coordination etc. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day operations for transaction processing in the Capital Market Business, processing Settlements, Collateral management, Front office & Back office updation etc. Person will be responsible for end to end process management &amp; flawless delivery of process, - Accuracy in processing in line with SOPs with no errors - Ensure the compliance in all the actives of the Capital Markets Operations - Responding to routine queries/complaints and ensuring completeness - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Agents, Clients, Client Services, Senior Management &amp; Relationship managers). Contributing Responsibilities - Idea generation that will enable to simplify the process. - Contribute to update the procedures in line with the current process. - Should understand the process map and gain knowledge about the pre and post capital market activities. - Active participation in any testing activity for the process enhancement. Technical &amp; Behavioral Competencies - Strong Analytical skills, Multi-tasking capability. - MS Office skills (Excel). - Commitment, Interpersonal skills, Time management. - NISM certificates in Cash, Derivative and currency segment
