Position- Management Trainee - Business Development & Sales

Job Description

- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market authorities

- Develop and manage client / key accounts.

- Manage the proposal development process.

- Manage Bid Management, RFP, Pricing etc.

- Define & Implement strategy for Account Coverage & account mapping for Government & Enterprise accounts in the assigned State /Region.

- Drive & Facilitate target achievement for the region and at central level both.

- Understand the Business, market and also competitive environment of the Government customers.

- Ensure overall engagement for government & Enterprise clients with Organisation.

- Manage the Government/Enterprise environment and also put the specifications in the tender in Pre-RFP stage.

- Provide complete Solution by gathering customer requirement with assistance of various market unit representatives.

- Responsible for articulating the product value-propositions.

- Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability.

- To do Market Planning, Lead Generation and Channel Development.

- Ability to engage with Senior technical and business leaders in customer organizations

- Relationship Building at all levels of Govt & Enterprise organization

- Interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholder and officials

Educational Qualification

- MBA 2016 batch stream Sales & Marketing or Finance from Tier 1 College.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is must, preferably in Electronics & Communication or Information Technology.

Total Compensation : 7-9 Lacs/ annum
