Job specs for Royalty Expense:

- This activity majorly gets covered in GA Accounting and in Intercompany Process.

- A royalty is a payment to an owner for the use of Brands, Technology, patents, copyrighted works etc.

- Royalty is calculated basis sales. Sales team shares the detail basis SKU / Brand level for Gross / Net Revenue to compute Royalty expense on agreed percentage

- To report monthly / quarterly royalties expenses to trademark owners, invoice for royalties are booked (actual / accrual).

- It can be charged by one Intercompany entity to others for usage or need to be paid to Third Parties.

Involves into:

- Contract interpretation and initial contract setup in WWL

- Factoring

- Forecasting - Cash, Royalty

- Government Reporting (BE125, 1042, W88EN)

- Hit Participation Agreements

- Intercompany Invoicing

- Month End Activities

- Prepaid recoupment and process in ERP, Shortfall / Audit Reserve Accruals

- Royalty Expense Accruals

- Statement Processing and Reporting - Generic Contracts

- Statement Processing and Reporting - Non Generic Contracts (Complex like Disney etc.)

- Tax Activities

- WWL Maintenance

- Statement Processing and Reporting - Non Generic Contracts (Complex like Disney etc.)

Salary range - 5-10 LPA
