We are the Indian subsidiary of a Singapore based search and selection firm, specializing in the consulting and advisory industry.

One of our clients, a leading Management Consulting firm is expanding their presence in Asia-Pacific region and looking to hire seasoned professionals across practices.

Roles: Consultant and Engagement Manager

Locations: India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney

Remuneration: Best in the industry

Responsibilities*

- Independently manage assignments in strategy assessment, finance performance management, supply chain management, CRM, change management, business process improvement & value stream analysis etc.

- Take complete ownership of the engagement deliverables with client stakeholders

- Focus on generating data driven analysis and insights to support hypothesis

- Contribute towards designing & building consulting frameworks and methodologies

Requirements*

- For Consultant role: 2-5 years of Experience in Industry/Consulting

- For Engagement Manager role: 5-8 years of Industry/Consulting experience

- Excellent problem identification and solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to travel extensively

- MBA from a top tier institution
