 Job Description:

Overall purpose of role : 

The candidate would be supporting the Global Macro Business Management team as part of Macro MIS & Analytics team, Mumbai. Macro MIS & Analytics team in Mumbai is responsible for producing business critical MIS reports, Business Strategy presentations, Business Performance reviews, Revenue Forecasting Models, Budgeting Models and performing ad-hoc customized analysis.

Key Accountabilities

- Production of Business MI and Strategy Presentations

- Production of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and trend analysis

- Production of reports and analysis of drivers for trading revenues, volumes, margins, market share, etc.

- Production and maintenance of dashboards

- Ad-hoc customized analysis as required by the business managers to analyze the business performance or lead/lag indicators

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

- Good understanding of Macro Business and financial markets

- Experience of creating, enhancing and producing Business MI

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Good MS Excel knowledge including VBA macros

- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands on experience in developing dashboards
