Sales-management consulting
Opportunity exists in a premier management consulting firm.
Position would be that of a Senior consultant in Sales & Marketing.
- The job essentially involves Sales and marketing strategy, Market assessment, Sales planning, Channel partner management, Sales processes – Territory planning / Key account management etc.
- The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of problem solving, leadership and strong communication skills.
- Should be familiar with management tools viz; Lean Management, Six Sigma, TPM, Global Sourcing, Spend Management, BPR etc. Relevant experience of participation and driving these will be an added advantage.
- Bring industry and business perspective to bear on client problems.
- Demonstrate a practical sense of dealing with complex problems in client organisations.
- Adept at building strong client relationships train and drive the client teams in a hands on manner.
- Able to engage clients in strategic dialogue and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions.
- Participate in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, support data analysis, proposal making.
Prefer people working with consulting firms in a similar capacity.
