Location : Gurgaon/Mumbai

Qualification: Full time MBA.

Experience : 7 to 15 yrs

Requirements:

- Industry expertise - Candidates with strong industry experience in Banking, Insurance or Capital markets. Candidate with cross-industry exposure preferred

- Should have worked on Operating model and Strategy engagements, Business case development, Financial modeling in following industry domain areas:

- Digital strategy and implementation

- Digital Marketing

- Distribution and Sales models

- Channel Management

- Product Management

- Customer Experience design and delivery

- Customer Segmentation

- Customer Service Management

- Marketing and campaigns - design and optimization

- CRM Strategy and implementation

- Omni-channel architecture and design

- M-payments

- Digital content management

- Sales productivity management

- Salesforce.com product and implementation

- Candidates are required to have good mix and exposure to Operations and Technology (operations, technology, front office, back office)

- Should have a good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management aspects in Marketing Sales and Service functions and be abreast with the latest industry and technology trends

- The candidate should have a good understanding of the various challenges, business and technology imperatives in New customer models, Omni-channel distribution and marketing space

- Exceptional Microsoft office (excel and power-point) skills and presentation skills

- Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
