Should have worked with Business process Re-engineering

Should be able to work with BPM Consultants and Process modellers to identify opportunities of improvement in customer processes

Must have in-depth understanding of back office, middle and front office structures of various banking domains

Must have sound understanding of operating model set up for domains

Should have strong understanding of global financial market trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues that governs the decisions at CXO level
